THE VISUALIZATION & ART SERIES

Through pain comes growth. It is very easy to caught up in everyday pressures which cause us to lose the inner essence of who we really are. I have attempted to paint visuals that will help us to not forget where we want our hearts and minds to be in our daily lives. These pieces evolved from reading various books about being focused and staying positive and in the moment. The idea came from making a visualization board with what I want to focus on in my life and future. I began doing paintings of these ideas for Spirituality, Love, Health, Prosperity, Hope and Faith. The idea of having "visualization art" ...paintings with meaning...was the concept I had in mind. My hope is that they will be inspiring and help others to stay focused on the future and keep an open mind and heart of all that is there of each of us.
